xat Wiki Mirror

There was a disturbance across xat, where most of the services went offline and many remained offline for over a week, one of these sites was the xat wiki. Luckily we have our beloved wiki back up and running, however to offer an alternative, should situations like this (or even minor downtimes) occur in the future, we’ve setup a static mirror site with the endorsement from xat staff.
